Book Your Appointment
Choose a time that works for you. Appointments are available across Ontario and can be scheduled in just a few clicks. No referral required. Assessment appointments are 1 hour.

Meet with a Licensed Practitioner
You’ll complete a structured, one-hour virtual assessment with a licensed practitioner. This includes a clinical interview and review of your health history, symptoms, and supporting forms if applicable.

Get ADHD Support
If ADHD is diagnosed and treatment is appropriate, your prescription will be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice. Follow-ups for renewals or adjustments can be booked online.
ADHD Assessment Cost and Coverage
The upfront cost of the full ADHD assessment is $800+tax, required prior to your appointment.

Follow-up appointments are $100+tax and include:
First follow-up appointment is recommended at one month, second follow-up appointment recommended at three months and subsequent follow-up appointments on an as-needed basis. Follow-up ADHD assessments are 30 minutes.
Some insurance or benefit plans may provide full or partial coverage. Please confirm with your provider before booking.
