What to bring to your first visit
- Your health card and photo ID.
- Your benefits card, or your plan’s member and policy numbers, if you want us to bill your plan directly.
- A list of your medications and supplements, and any recent blood work or imaging reports.
- For physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage, comfortable clothing you can move in.
- For an iron infusion, the iron medication collected from your pharmacy.
