Psychotherapy is coming soon to AuraWell. Registered Psychotherapists will offer confidential, evidence-based talk therapy for anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, and relationship difficulties. Sessions will be offered in person and by secure video, with a short no-cost introductory conversation to help you find the right fit.

- In-clinic or secure video across Ontario
- Free 20-minute introductory consultation
- Collaboration with our medical team when helpful
- Receipts accepted by most benefit plans
