How to choose the right service
Not sure where to start? Use your main concern as the guide, and remember that our clinicians share one record, so you can move between services without repeating your story.
- A new symptom or ongoing condition: start with primary care with our Nurse Practitioners, in clinic or by virtual care.
- Stress, anxiety or low mood: psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist, in clinic or by secure video.
- Tendon or heel pain that will not settle: shockwave therapy with our physiotherapists.
- Low B12 or vitamin D: B12 and vitamin D injections after a short health review.
- Pain, injury or stiffness: start with physiotherapy or chiropractic care; massage therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture often join the plan.
- Tiredness that does not lift: blood work first; if your iron is low, an iron infusion may be appropriate.
- Hormones: testosterone replacement therapy for men, and menopause and HRT care by video.
- Liver health: a FibroScan measures liver stiffness and fat in about ten minutes.
- Bladder leaks or pelvic floor weakness: the Emsella chair.
- Wellness: IV therapy after a health screen, and naturopathic medicine.
- Attention and focus: adult ADHD assessment by secure video across Ontario.
Booking, referrals and insurance
You do not need a referral for any service listed here. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm. Direct billing to your extended health plan is available for physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture where your plan allows it; see insurance and direct billing. Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral for any of these services?
No. Every service on this page can be booked directly. Some extended health plans ask for a referral before they reimburse, so it is worth checking your plan wording.
Which services are available by video?
Virtual care, adult ADHD assessment and menopause and HRT care are offered by secure video across Ontario. The naturopathic initial intake can also be virtual.
Can I combine services in one plan?
Yes. Our clinicians share one record with your consent, so physiotherapy, massage, Nurse Practitioner care and other services can be planned together.
Where can I see prices?
Each service page lists its fees. Direct billing is available for physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture where your plan allows it.
Is AuraWell a walk-in clinic?
No. All visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.
